You will be receiving a SMS twice a day at 10h30 and 14h30.
Here is how you should interpret your sms:
You will note that the Data is the ACTUAL AVERAGE FOR the REGION.
Data is collected from different weather stations in the region and then an average is calculated for the region.
It’s the responsibility of the Landowner to compile his/her own weather readings and to compare it to the average forecast provided. This procedure of comparison will give a more accurate weather information of a specific area.
