You as a member will receive a SMS twice a day at 10h30 and 14h30.
This is how you should interpret your sms:
Note that the Data is the ACTUAL AVERAGE FOR the REGION.
Data is collected from different weather stations in the region and then an average is calculated for the region.
Comparing history data will give you a more accurate average.
